Six months for commercial properties. Private residential leases start at 60 nights, for guest use rather than full time living.
Every lease is priced to your configuration, season and location. Request a proposal and Crystal will reply within 48 hours with pricing for your property. Delivery and installation are quoted separately.
Anywhere in the United States, with our focus on the American West. We deliver and install from Pinedale, Wyoming. Delivery and installation are quoted with your proposal.

── THE SETUP
What we deliver
The TeePees in your configuration, original Jesse LaBenne art, real beds, one set of linens per bed plus a spare, heater, lighting, candles, bar and seating in the Libation, install, staff walkthrough and removal.
Guest management, housekeeping, linen changes, toiletries, food, beverage and alcohol.
Solar is standard and runs the heater and lights through the night. 110V is available if you provide an outlet near the site. Same rate either way.
── YOUR PROPERTY
Your site
Access for a one ton truck and trailer and a reasonably level area for your configuration.
Each TeePee is 20 by 20 feet and needs 3 feet clear all around, so plan a level pad about 26 by 26 feet, or 676 square feet. Five TeePees need at least 3,380 square feet plus walkways.
── DURING THE LEASE
Who does what
No. Your housekeeping team turns linens; each dresser holds a spare set.
Yes. With our heating they run through every season, and in the Southwest and the South they are nearly year round. We review your local weather before every install.
