Site review
We confirm access for a one ton truck and trailer, a reasonably level area for your configuration, and your power choice. Plan a level pad about 26 by 26 feet for each TeePee.
We deliver and install from Pinedale, Wyoming, anywhere in the United States. Delivery and installation are quoted with your proposal.
── STEP 3
The Install Experience
On day one we arrive with everything: TeePees, original Jesse LaBenne art, beds, one set of linens per bed plus a spare in every dresser, heaters, lighting, ambiance candles and, if leased, the Libation bar and seating.
We style every TeePee, then walk your staff through power, heat and care before we leave. Installation is quoted with your proposal.
── STEP 4
Your lease.
For the length of your lease, the TeePees are yours to book and run. Your team handles reservations, check in, housekeeping and linen turnover. You set the rate and keep every booking. We never take a share of your nightly revenue.

Removal
When the lease ends, everything comes down in a day. No platforms, no infrastructure, your land as we found it.
Ready for another season? Renew your lease, or buy the installation outright.

Panels charge by day and the battery runs the heater and lighting through the night, so a TeePee can stand in a far meadow with no grid nearby. Anywhere a truck can reach.

At booking
One third reserves your build and install date. Every order is built to order with a three month lead time.

At dispatch
The second third is due when your TeePees leave our Pinedale warehouse for delivery.

At delivery
The final third is due once everything is delivered and installed. We then send you a folio of installation photos that records the condition of every piece.

Damage policy
Anything broken when we pick up, or that you report during your lease, is replaced at market standard and deducted from your deposit. Replacements come from the WestPost Lodges Home Collection.

Any TeePee in the Collection set as a bar and lounge, with the largest art piece in the Collection hung at the back. Resorts run it as a lounge or tasting room. Your team stocks and serves the bar.
No. You pay a flat lease. You set the nightly rate, you keep the guest relationship, and every booking dollar stays with your property.
No. Your housekeeping team turns linens on your schedule. We provide one set of linens per bed, plus a spare set in every dresser.
